This Privacy Policy explains how Thornguard: Tower Defense ("the App"), developed by Seyil Studios, handles information. The App is a free, offline-friendly tower-defense game supported by advertising. We respect your privacy and keep data collection to the minimum required to run ads.
Seyil Studios does not ask for or collect any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number. The App has no user accounts and does not require registration.
Your game progress (levels, stars, settings) is stored only on your device and is not sent to us.
The App displays ads through Google AdMob. To show ads, Google and its partners may collect and process certain information, including a device advertising identifier (such as the Advertising ID / IDFA), IP address, and general usage and device information. This data is used to serve and measure advertisements.

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the App shows a consent request (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before personalized ads are served. You may choose personalized or non-personalized ads, and you can reopen your privacy choices at any time from the in-game menu where available.
On Apple devices, the App does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not track you across other companies' apps and websites for advertising. Ads are served on a contextual / non-personalized basis where tracking consent is not provided.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will address it.
Because we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to store or retain. Advertising data is handled by Google under its own policies.
